“Stewie” came to us recommended by some of the HSV owner’s club guys whom we’d done some work for.
“I want you guys to build me something wild, something that will put a smile on my face”

We sat down and put pen to paper , picking and choosing a package that we knew would give us the results we were after. With the advent of easily available E85 pump fuel , we also suggested to take this route.

Upon completion , we knew that Stewie would not be prepared for what we’d built him, nor be prepared for the jump in performance. There is just a little bit of difference coming from a 260rwkw Ls3 to a cammed and supercharged ethanol breathing 500 rwkw monster and as such , Stewie told the world !
Of course , the fullboost dyno vid followed and as always the facebook and internet skeptics were quick to shrug off the achievement we had accomplished  “Oh 500 rwkw lol ,  they’ll run it and it will run 13’s”

This was Stewie’s description of the night he ran his own P.B time 10.517 @ 129.69

“Awesome night out at Calder Park last night with my good mate and drag bud Peter Morris. It was a night of PB’s all round and to top it off Peter got his beast into the 10 second club with a 10.996 @ 126.77 mph pass. he’s not so embarrassing to hang with now !”
“The track seemed extra grippy and getting out of the hole seemed effortless. Ambient temp dropped to a crisp 12c towards the end of the night , and apart from the mental little Supra shattering its guts all over the track everyone had a ball”
The first pass was wasted with a poor burn out as the krill stuffed cow drove through the line locker….had just the other day had the front pads replaced and rotors machined. Second pass saw a PB of 10.699 @ 128.73mph – first PB of the night.
Next pass ran 10.652 @ 128.19mph with a 60′ 0f 1.549 – back to back PB’s….could the night get any better?
Third pass was still satisfying as it was the first time I had managed three back to back passes in the 10’s – 10.750 @ 127.49mph with a 60′ of 1.568.
Another PB with a pass of 10.633 @ 129.68mph with a 60′ of 1.580. By this time Peter had his 10 second pass and the pair of us were just over the moon. Could the night get any better? Oh hell yes…..

10.517 @ 129.69mph…fourth PB of the night and five back to back 10 second passes. The elation at the moment is crazy. Huge, huge shout out to the boys at APS SERVICE CENTRE FRANKSTON who built the car and a big bro love hug to Luis Sola who tuned the car and has always said from day one it would run 10.5’s – the man knows his shit people. Great to see BrightDesign ComAu, FullBOOST and Outlaw Images trackside again snapping away as they do…can’t wait to see the pics guys.
