We met Bentley when he came to us for a re-tune to his FG XR6T , his goal was simple, “I’ve seen your BA run at Calder, I want to run a 10s pass”

Still retaining a std bottom end and untouched ZF 6 speed gearbox, Bentley’s  XR6T had most of the required modifications needed to achieve this. However when we performed the before run we were astounded to see that someone had turned this car up at over 26psi on 98 octane fuel ( in our opinion this is a recipe for disaster )
We re-tuned it on E85 at a safer boost level then what it came in with and still achieved a pleasing 440+ rwkw.
On the day, Bentley used 245 x 17 M&H drag slicks which simply do not offer the grip required to launch this amount of torque and power. However on his last run of the night he managed a 10.96@130 which put a huge smile on not only his face but ours as well !
Almost 12 months on the car is still running strong , we have since increased the boost again and re-calibrated the ZF , and will be out again with some 275 rears to better his P.B. – result , 10.59@134 mph11250918_10153405476118670_2385026654459213992_n
